A-PAD Japan is leasing trailer offices to the Visiting Nurse Station Soul and the Kawabe Disaster Recovery Project Aruku. Mr. Kimura and the others said "Because of the support the people of Saga provided during the West Japan floods, we are here today continuing our activities." The group brought fresh produce and rice and is fundraising in Okayama Prefecture to support the affected people in Saga.
Starting on September 4, the volunteers started providing hot meals with a partner organization, Peace Winds Japan, at an evacuation center in Omachi Town.
Several news outlets have reported on the volunteers from Mabi Town.
