A-PAD Japan prepared "Beginner's Handbook on Evacuation Center Management for Community DRR Leaders" in anticipation of natural disasters amidst the pandemic.

The handbook highlights important points in evacuation center management during the pandemic, response measures based on lessons learned from past experiences, and ways to help affected people remaining at home.
